But when should this planning start? Feagins' answer might surprise you: \"Preferably, if I'm able to, and if the business is able to, the day we are coming through the current peak is the day that we need to start preparing for the upcoming.\"<\/span><\/p>

That's right \u2014 as soon as one peak season ends, it's time to start planning for the next one. This proactive approach allows warehouses to learn from their experiences and make improvements for the future.<\/span><\/p>
